ALL ROOMS have microwaves, small refrigerators,
coffeepots, toasters and TVs (no reception...just VCR). Each room has its
own private entrance with a set of rocking chairs or porch chairs. There are
wrap-around porches on the "new saloon" and front and back porches on the "old
saloon" ...just perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a cool night or
watching the stars.
ALL PRICES are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge per extra
person.
Reservation Policies: It is important to understand that when you make a
reservation you are responsible for payment. To cancel and receive a refund,
you must notify us at least 10 days prior to your reservation date or 14 days
prior to your reservation on special weekends. If you must cancel, you will be
given a refund less $35 for processing. If you cancel after your "window of
cancellation" has passed, you are responsible for one night's stay. |
